Recognising 2-D Shapes

Learners will be able to:

• Identify, name & describe a range of 2‑D shapes, including regular and irregular polygons triangles, squares, rectangles, parallelograms, other quadrilaterals, pentagons, hexagons, heptagons & octagons. • Recognise the distinguishing features of each shape, such as number of sides, lengths of sides & sizes of angles.
