Using a Mind-Map

Learners will be able to:

• Create a mind‑map to summarise a short information text. • Draw, complete & label visuals such as charts, tables, diagrams, mind‑maps, maps, or pictures. • Identify at least three main points from a written or visual text. • Use key words instead of full sentences to keep the mind‑map clear & focused. • Include specific details that support each main point. • Use appropriate vocabulary from the text to show understanding of the topic.
